Skye Sunderhauf is a junior at McLean High School. She loves swimming and has been on a year-round swim team since she was nine years old. She has a younger sister and a golden retriever. Her favorite part about journalism is taking pictures, which is why she is this years photographer for The Highlander!

The McLean volleyball players on the court run together after scoring a point. This game against Washington-Lee occurred on Oct. 17.

The Highlanders call a time out during the volleyball Senior Night game. They played a tough game against Washington-Lee but ended up losing 1-3.

The viewers of this game include parents with giant bighead pictures of the seniors. The seniors on the team this year were honored before the game started.

Nicole Mallus and Mia Valencic watch as the ball comes towards them. Mia is one of the seniors the varsity team this year.

The girls talk about their plan before starting the match. McLean ended up losing 1-3 against their tough opponent, W-L.
