With the recent opening of Sweetgreen and last year’s opening of Chipotle, McLean’s widening selection of food options is making the downtown shopping center finally considered as somewhat decent....

On Tuesday, October 29th, a new sweetgreen restaurant (part of a regional chain) opened in McLean next to the Chipotle off Old Dominion. The first two days of the restaurant were marked by a "pay what you want" deal many McLean students took advantage of.

Allen Harris and Aidan Barringer went to the local sushi joint, Ichiban. With the intention to satisfy our pallets, and fill our young bellies, we ordered several sushi rolls, and eel tempura. We also enjoyed some tea. This meal was well worth the value. One may find higher quality sushi at Tachibana, but at a greater cost. When you are young, and free, Ichiban is ideal. Keep your heart open.
